Reservation
Confirmation of booking must be done exclusively via the booking form.
The confirmation of booking is subject to payment of the deposit.
Deposit
A confirmation of booking is required to deposit 30% of the total price of your stay.
The deposit can be paid in the following ways:

The receipt for payment of the deposit must be sent via fax to +39 0332 893569 or e-mail at info@acasadialice.eu within 48 hours of confirmation of booking.
After this deadline without receiving a receipt of payment the reservation will be canceled and the room vacated.
Deposit more than 28 days
For stays of more than 28 days require a deposit of 200 euros that will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the room.
Methods of payment
The total amount will be paid on arrival, before the keys.
Are accepted: cash (Euro only, no foreign currency), cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Minimum period of residence
The minimum stay is two nights, the stay can be started on any day of the week.
Arrivals and departures
On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 16:00.
The arrival must be made no later than 21:00, after this time is no longer any person to receive in case of delay please advise the number 335/7206376 or 335/7206439 number so we can wait.
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11:00.
Consistent with the possibility of the moment, we'll be happy to provide the widest flexibility in relation to these times.
Documents
All guests must have identity documents valid, under penalty of cancellation.
Cancellations
From the time of booking, if cancellation thereof by the customer, will keep the
deposit.
Early departure
In case of early departure, there is no refund, and will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the room.
Smoking
In the rooms and the common places you can not smoke.
Responsibility by the guest
If the client or its guests, causing damage to the room or its contents, the customer will be held responsible for that damage.
The related costs will be charged to the customer at the time of departure.
Number of people
In case anyone is allowed housing to people exceeding the number set to the reservation, if not agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the room where this condition is not observed.
